1. Sicherheitshinweise Lesen Sie dieses Handbuch und die folgenden Sicherheitshinweise sorgfältig durch, bevor sie dieses Gerät installieren oder verwenden. 3. Leuchtmittel J Type 230V 500W Trennen Sie das Gerät immer vom Netz, bevor Sie das Leuchtmittel wechseln. Berühren Sie das Gerät oder das Leuchtmittel niemals wenn es noch heiß ist. Berühren Sie das Leuchtmittel nicht mit bloßen Händen. Anderenfalls müssen Sie das Leuchtmittel mit Spiritus und einem weichen, sauberen Tuch reinigen, bevor Sie es verwenden. -

5. Betrieb des Gerätes Das Gerät kann auf 3 Arten betrieben werden: A. im Master/Slave Modus mit vorprogrammierten Funktionen Die Geräte im Master/Slave Modus zu betreiben, ist eine einfache Möglichkeit, eine synchronisierte Lichtshow zu erhalten. Das erste Gerät ist das Master Gerät und steuert alle anderen in der Kette befindlichen Geräte. -

C. mit einem universal DMX Controller Wenn Sie einen DMX Controller verwenden möchten, müssen Sie bei jedem Gerät die DMX Adresse einstellen, damit die Geräte die richtigen DMX Daten empfangen. Die Adresse wird mit Hilfe der DIP Schalter 1 bis 9 eingestellt. Das Einstellen der Adresse erfolgt im Binärsystem, bitte beachten Sie dazu auch die folgende Tabelle. -

6. Troubleshooting Hier finden Sie einige häufige Probleme und ihre Behebung. A. Kein Lichtaustritt 1. Überprüfen Sie die Sicherung! 2. Überprüfen Sie die Leuchtmittel! Beachten Sie, dass sich die Leuchtmittel bei Blackout komplett abschalten. B. - Page 11 1. General Instructions The following points are important for safety as well as for the smooth installation and performance of the unit. Ÿ Unpack carefully and be sure that no damage has occurred during shipping. Ÿ It is very important to ground the yellow/green conductor in order to meet regulations for safety.
- Page 12 3. Lamp J Type 230V 500W Always switch off the mains supply and never handle the lamp or luminaire when it is hot. Do not touch the bulb with bare hands. If this does happen, clean the lamp with denatured alcohol and wipe with a lint free cloth before installing.
- Page 13 5. How To Control The Unit You can operate the unit in three ways: A. By master/slave preprogrammed function By linking the units in master/slave connection, the first unit will control the other units to give an automatic activated synchronized light show. In this mode, the first unit(master)dipswitch 10 must be on.

By universal DMX controller If you use a universal DMX controller to control the units, you have to set dip switches from 1 to 9 of the channel so that all the units will receive its DMX signal. Please refer to the following diagram to know how to address your DMX512 system in the binary code.
- Page 15 6. Troubleshooting Following are a few common problems that may occur and suggestions as to how to solve them. A. No light 1. Check the power on LED and fuse 2. Check the lamp if it is ok? (The lamp may turn off, when the unit is in blackout).
