Meaning
The query cannot be processed by the receiving device or the proxy at present
because the server is either overloaded or is being serviced. If it is possible for
the query to be repeated in the foreseeable future, the server informs the
caller or the phone of this.
Time limit exceeded at the gateway.
The server rejects the query because the indicated version number of the SIP
protocol does not concur with at least the version that is used by the server or
SIP device involved in this query.
