Quick Start Guide
When a value has been changed, an
asterisk will appear next to the changed
parameter and also next to the higher-level
menu item.
The asterisk next to "Generator MVA"
indicates this parameter has been changed.
The asterisk next to "Generator" indicates a
parameter contained within this set of
parameters has been changed.
To save the modified parameter(s), click on
"File", "Save", then "OK". Once the file has
been saved, the asterisks will disappear
from in front of the modified parameter(s).
This procedure can be used to save any
changed parameters during the entire
PowerPort-E device set-up process.
To change the Power Factor setting, double
click on "Power Factor" within the "System
Para/Generator" dialog box. The screen to
the left will appear. The pull-down menu will
allow the User to change the Power Factor
setting.
The up and down arrows in this screen
allows the User to change the Power Factor
value. The available range is from 0.05 to
0.99. Change the Power Factor parameter
as needed then click on the "OK" button. An
asterisk will appear next to the modified
parameter.
