PEC ARM LOCKING HAND WHEEL
When performing the Pec Exercise ensure
the HAND WHEEL KNOB (58) is fitted
securely first.
When performing the Press Exercise ensure
the HAND WHEEL KNOB (58) is removed first.
WEIGHT RATIO ADJUSTMENT FOR PEC / PRESS ARMS
When performing the Press Exercise you
can increase the max weight from 50kg to 100kg.
Max Weight 100KG, (2:1 Ratio, 5kg plate = 10kg)
Fit PULL PIN (57) to retaining
LOW PULL CABLE (85)
to BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3).
Max Weight 50kg, (1:1 Ratio, 5kg plate = 5kg)
Remove PULL PIN (57) from LOW PULL CABLE (85)
and fit back into BOTTOM CROSS SUPPORT (3)
only for storage.
LEG EXTENSION ASSEMBLY RETAINING PIN
When performing Leg Extension / Curl Exercise
ensure PULL PIN (56) is removed from
LEG EXTENSION UNIT (12) first and inserted into
storage hole under SEAT (81) in BOTTOM
CROSS SUPPORT (3).
When using low pulley ensure PULL PIN (56)
is fitted to LEG EXTENSION UNIT (12) first
and locked in the down position.
