    Read this section carefully to provide yourself with a good understanding of how your keyset operates. There are two types of iDCS500 system, called ‘L’ and ‘M’ versions. Some features provided by one version may be different, or may not be available, to the other version.

When a line is on hold but it does not appear on your keyset, dial 12 followed by the line number or extension number of the station that placed the call on hold.
