Note: Do not thread the dipstick into the filler neck
when checking the engine oil level.

10. Remove the dipstick from the filler neck and look at
the oil level in the dipstick
Note: The engine oil level must cover between the
hatch marked areas on the dipstick
11. If the oil level is low, add the specified oil into the
engine until the oil level is between the hatch marked
areas on the dipstick.
Note: Do not overfill the engine with oil.
12. Hand tighten the dipstick into the filler neck

Servicing the Spark Plug

Service Interval: Every 100 hours
Spark Plug Type: NGK BR6HS, Champion RTL86C, or
equivalent
Air Gap: 0.6 to 0.7 mm (0.02 to 0.03 inch)
Ensure that the air gap between the center and side electrodes
is correct before installing the spark plug.
Use a spark-plug wrench for removing and installing the spark
plug(s) and a gapping tool/feeler gauge to check and adjust
the air gap. Install a new spark plug(s) if necessary.
Removing the Spark Plug
1. Shut off the engine, set the parking brake, remove the
key, and wait for all moving parts to stop before leaving
the operating position.
