Setting the Batch TX Time Function

Locations used for Delayed Batch Transmission
must be programmed into
Speed Dial numbers 31 through 40
before the Batch TX Time may be set.

Press Menu/Exit to enter the menu.
to select Location Program. Press Enter.

to select Batch TX Time. Press Enter.

Enter the Speed Dial number of the desired location.
Use the numeric keypad to enter the number.
Press Enter.

When prompted, enter the desired time.
Press Enter.

Use the 24-hour format to enter times.
For example, 0800 is 8:00 AM, 2000 is 8:00 PM.
Remember that delayed batch transmissions are sent at
the same time every day!

Press Menu/Exit to exit.

Send a Fax as Part of a Delayed Batch

Load the document(s).

Press Menu/Exit key to enter the menu.
to select Delayed Batch TX, press Enter .

Enter the Speed Dial number of the desired location
using the assigned One Touch key or the numeric
keypad. Press Enter.

Locations used for Delayed Batch Transmission must
be programmed into Speed Dial numbers
31 through 40.

Location and transmission time set displays. Press Start.

The machine scans the document(s) into memory, and
waits until the programmed time to begin transmission.

Repeat above steps 1-7 to prepare multiple sessions.

Use the 24-hour format to enter times.
For example, 0800 is 8:00 AM, 2000 is 8:00 PM.
The amount of available memory determines how many
batch transmissions you may set. Once memory is filled,
no more sessions will be accepted.
