the KK-5028 Major Gun Rebuild
Kit available be tore going further.

Loosen rear plug using a 1

1/16" (27
mm) socket by rotating
counterclock~
wise.

Remove rear plug, springs, & neede,
5.
Remove piston assemblli by grasping
outside with needle nose pliers.
6.
Remove the air valve bushing seat by
using the riercing too! and "picking"
out the bushing.

deformed resulting
in air teaks.
e Check 0-ring for damage.

Be careful not to damage the U-Cup
located inside the small center hole. Re-
place piston and bushing assembly if gun
flows air , constantly.
