1.
See Page 15, parts replacement.

Remove grips.
3.
Remove cup screw with screwdriver.
4.
Hold fluid tube and tilt paint cup back-
wards. This unplugs tube from cup
drain.
5.
Spread long cup leg just enough to
disengage from hole. Remove cup.

Tools Required:

1 /8" (3 mm) wide flat blade screw-
driver or #2 Phillips screwdriver

Be sure to hold the tube to prevent it
from pu!!ing out of spray head.

Only spread one cup leg at a time.
At this point, you can go to upper trigger {Page 26) or
fluid tube (Page 28) sections. Or, you can go to
Step
6 and reassemble the cup to the gun.

To assemble the cup, install the short
cup leg
in the skeleton hole. Then
spread
the long leg and install into
other hole.

Line up
the fluid tube with the
cup
drain. While holding the tube, tilt the
cup forward until the tube is tully
plugged into cup drain.

Install screw and tighten gently.

Tift cup forward to plug in tube.
Make sure pushrod is in place.

s Be careful not to kink tube. Be sure top
trigger push rod ls inside of actuator.

Don't overtighten
screw.
