Common Reasons for Spray Head
Disassembly:

Tools Required:
Diagonal wire cutters
Note
The head retaining ring must be destroyed in order to remove
it from the skeleton.
Make sure you have a head ring
retaining kit (OMX-453) on hand before attempting to re-
move the old ring.
Step
1.
See Page 15 parts replacement.
2.
Remove spray head.
3.
Cut off the head retaining ring using
wire cutters. Remove from skeleton.
4.
Remove and discard the retaining ring
clip,
6.
Position the new retaining ring c!ip
over
the
groove
in the
skeleton.
6.
Close the
clip
with
one hand. Install
the retaining ring with the large inside
groove towards the gun.
Push the
ietaining ring back until it slides over
the
clip and "snaps" in place.

e Be careful not to damage any other gun
parts.

Do not try to
reuse clip.
