4.3 Fitting and replacing the line head
Always switch off the engine, pull the spark
plug cap and wear protective gloves when fitting or
replacing the cutter! Prior to any conversion
ensure that the tank cap fits tightly. Prevent the
spillage of fuel and oil.
 Set winding protector (a) onto drive shaft (b), so
that the edge of the winding protector covers
the edge of flanged casing (c). At the same
time, position the winding protector correctly, by
turning it so that can be fitted accurately (tight
fit), turning the drive shaft when continuing to
turn the protector.
 Turn the winding protector - and thereby the
drive shaft - until a hole in the winding protector
is aligned with the hole in the flanged casing.
 To arrest the assembly, insert locking pin (d).
 Wind line head (e) onto the drive shaft
(clockwise – standard r.h. thread).
Line head removal
 Turn the line head until one hole in the winding
protector is aligned with the hole in the flanged
casing.
 To arrest the assembly, insert the locking pin.
Undo the line head in an anti-clockwise direction.

5.1 Fuel information
A high performance two-stroke engine
operated with a petrol:oil mixture (petrol + oil
= fuel mixture) or with a special fuel mixture for
two-stroke engines available from specialists
powers this machine.
We recommend the proprietary "Aspen 2-takt"
special fuel mixture. Please observe the special
fuel manufacturer's instructions.
Information on individual mixing of the fuel mixture
For mixing fuel independently, you can use
unleaded regular petrol or super unleaded petrol
with a maximum ethanol content of 5 % (minimum
octane value 92 ROZ; never use E10).
Use exclusively branded 2-stroke engine oil
compliant with the Jasco FC standard for mixing
fuel.
We recommend using "SOLO Profi 2-stroke
engine oil" from our product range at a mixing
ratio of 1:50 (2 %) oil:petrol.
Never store fuel mixture longer than 3 - 4 weeks.

Unsuitable petrol or deviations in the mixing ratio
may lead to serious engine damage!
Avoid direct skin contact with petrol and avoid
inhaling petrol fumes - health hazard!
5.2 Fuelling
While fuelling always follow all safety instructions
and take all safety precautions.
Handle fuel only with the engine turned off.
Carefully clean the area around the filler inlet.
Place the machine with the fuel inlet pointing
upwards. Unscrew the tank lid and fill the fuel
mixture up to the lower edge of the filler neck. Use
a funnel with filter to prevent tank contamination.
After filling the tank replace the tank lid and tighten
firmly.
