Using the Food Processor Attachment

A. Fitting the Work Bowl, Blade & Lid
n Place the housing base on a flat, dry, stable surface
n Hold the work bowl collar in one hand and the work bowl in the
other. Place the work bowl on the work bowl collar with the handle
facing towards you and twist in a clockwise direction until the bowl
clicks into place
n Put collar with the bowl onto the motor base with the handle facing
towards you
n Carefully lift the chopping/mixing blade, holding the central plastic
stem and place over the motor spindle. Push the blade down. It will
not click into place.
N.B. Always hold the blade from the plastic stem. Never touch the
blade it is very sharp.
N.B. Never place the blade on the motor shaft until the work bowl is
locked into place.
N.B. Always insert the blade in the work bowl before adding
ingredients.
n Add the food you wish to process
n Place the lid on the bowl with the feed tube at the back and slightly
to the left from the centre
n Twist the lid in a clockwise direction until it clicks firmly into place
n Insert the pusher into the feed tube
n Plug the Food Processor into a suitable mains outlet, the appliance
is now ready to use
B. Fitting the Reversible Slicing & Grating Disc
n Place the work bowl collar with work bowl onto the motor base
n Insert the stem adapter onto the motor spindle, it will only fit one way
n Place the grating/slicing disc onto the stem adapter with the desired cutting edge
facing up
N.B Handle the disc with care, the blades are very sharp
n Put the lid on with the feed tube at the back and slightly to the left, twist in a
clockwise direction until it locks tightly into place
n Plug the appliance into a mains socket, the Food Processor is now ready to grate/slice
