Hints & Tips n The maximum capacity to the top of the jar for the blending attachment is 1.75L. However, we recommend that the blender is filled only to 1.25L for cold ingredients and 1L for hot ingredients. n Always add liquid ingredients to the glass jar first, then add remaining ingredients. This will ensure that ingredients are blended consistently.
Blender Cleaning & Maintenance n CAUTION: Handle the blade assembly carefully as the blades are VERY SHARP. Hollandaise Sauce Serve 6 160g butter 3 large egg yolks Salt & freshly ground pepper 1 tbsp white wine vinegar 1 tbsp lemon juice In a small saucepan gently heat the butter until it starts to foam but not burn. While the butter is melting, place the egg yolks, vinegar and lemon juice into the blender jar and season with salt and pepper.
