Perfect Salad Dressing / Vinaigrette
125ml extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp sherry vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 clove of crushed garlic
2 tsp honey
Place all the ingredients into the food processor using the chopping blade.

Process on high until well mixed.

This keeps well in an air tight bottle.
