60g parmesan
50g basil
125ml olive oil
30g toasted pine nuts
1 small clove of garlic crushed
Juice of half a lemon
Black pepper
Grate the parmesan using the grating disc in the food processor.

Remove parmesan from processor and insert the chopping blade into the

processor.
Add the grated parmesan along with all the other ingredients into the

processor. Using a 'pulse' action blend about 10 times on high, so that the
pesto is mixed well but still slightly course.
