Paper is jammed inside the machine.

Open the control panel cover by lifting
it toward you, then lift the top cover
toward the back.

Remove the jammed paper.
If the jammed paper is under the Print Heads, unplug the machine, and then you
can move the Print Heads to remove the paper.

Close the control panel cover and top cover.
Paper is jammed inside front of MFC.

Pull the paper toward you.
