Large pulley
spacer
on each side
Washer
Slot bolt in from left side of front leg to fit pulley
wheel
Locate the lower
support tube.
Fit lower support tube onto right side of front leg
using pulley wheel bolt
Lower support tube in place
Secure lower support tube with nut and washer

M10 NYLOC x1
M10 WASHER x2
