Fit bench retaining strap to the top of the front
upright
M10 WASHER x2
Secure other end of retaining strap against front
upright by use of the hand wheel supplied.
Screw the handwheel through the retaining strap &
into the threaded hole.
Secure top of weight tubes by fitting short bolts
M10 x 20 HH BOLT x2 M10 WASHER x2
M10 x 70 HH BOLT x1
M10 NYLOC x1
