Secure solid bar with screw and washer on both ends
Screw and washer fitted
Use allen key to tighten
28mm WASHER x2

Cams at bottom
Front
Fit left pec arm in same way
M8 x 15mm
ALLEN HEAD BOLT x2
28mm WASHER x2
Secure both pec arms by fitting a screw and
washer to the rear of the solid mounting bar on
press arm
M8 x 15mm
ALLEN HEAD BOLT x2
Locate:
Right pec arm
Slot right pec arm onto
solid bar on front right
of press arm from rear.
Arms can rest in flat
position once located.
