HOSTNAME is the name of the node that you just rebooted.

Starting and stopping processes

You can start, stop, and restart processes and can display status for the processes that perform
internal StoreAll software functions. The following commands also control the operation of
PostgreSQL on the machine. The PostgreSQL service is available at /usr/local/ibrix/init/.
To start and stop processes and view process status on the Fusion Manager, use the following
command:
/etc/init.d/ibrix_fusionmanager [start | stop | restart | status]
To start and stop processes and view process status on a file serving node, use the following
command. In certain situations, a follow-up action is required after stopping, starting, or restarting
a file serving node.
/etc/init.d/ibrix_server [start | stop | restart | status]
To start and stop processes and view process status on a StoreAll client, use the following command:
/etc/init.d/ibrix_client [start | stop | restart | status]

Renaming a cluster

1.
Put the standby Fusion Managers in maintenance (6.0 or earlier) or nofmfailover (6.1 or later)
mode:
a.
To verify the mode of the Fusion Manager, enter the following command:
ibrix_fm -i
The output should indicate passive or maintenance.
b.
If the output is passive, enter one of the following commands depending on the version
of StoreAll OS you are running:

Log on to the active Fusion Manager as the root user.

Enter the following command to disable High Availability:
ibrix_server -m -U
4.
Before you rename the cluster, enter the following command to verify the current cluster name:
ibrix_fm_tune -1
5.
To rename the cluster, enter the following command with the new cluster name:
ibrix_fm_tune -S -o clusterName=<new cluster name>
6.
To restart the Fusion Manager service, enter the following command:
/etc/init.d/ibrix_fusionmanager restart
7.
Verify that the cluster name has changed, enter the following command:
ibrix_fm_tune -1
8.
Update the configuration files:
6.0 or earlier:
ibrix_fm -m maintenance
6.1 or later:
ibrix_fm -m nofmfailover
