使用中如發現本機操作上有問題，請依照下表進行檢查。
When you run into any problems operating this product, use the table below to troubleshoot the problems.
故障代碼 故障說明
Error Code Cause
E1 溫度感應器及電路板發生短路。
Electrical short of both temperature sensor
and PCB.
E2 溫度感應器銅線及電路板線路發生短路。
Electrical short of temperature sensor
copper tube and PCB wiring.
E3 銅管漏出雪種。
Leaking refrigerant from copper tube.
E4 水箱已滿或插頭線路錯誤。
Water tank is full or possibly the wiring of
plug is incorrect.
注意：如問題持續發生，請關機及拔除電源插頭，並送回本公司維修。
Note: If the problem persists or other abnormal situations occur, turn off the machine and pull out the plug. Then contact our Repair Centre for help.

拔掉下排水口的橡皮塞將水排走。檢查插
頭線路是否正確。如使用PAC-15，檢查水
箱是否放在機身原位。
Pull out the rubber cap located at the lower
drain hole to drain the water away. Check that
the plug has been wired connected properly.
For PAC-15 users, check if water tank is placed
at the original position of the unit.
