Possible Cause
Power is not connected properly
Room temperature too high or too
low
Filter is dirty
Air duct is blocked
Window or door is open
Wrong mode is selected; temperature
set too high or too low
Exhaust hose is detached
Water spilled when product was
moved
Drain hose is kinked or bent
Product is placed on an uneven
surface
A certain part is loose and vibrating
Noise sounds like water flowing
Communication error between main
PCB and display PCB
Ambient temperature sensor failure
Coil temperature sensor failure
Water tank full
Insert the plug into the socket

This product's working temperature
range is 5-35ºC
Clean the filter
Clear blockage
Close window or door
Set the correct mode and
