Solution
Connect the product to a live socket
and restart product
Drain off water tank
It is recommended to use this product
in room temperature between 5-35°C,
or change the set temperature
Close the window curtains to avoid
direct sunlight
Close door and window, and remove
other heat sources
Clean or replace filters
Remove blockage
Place product on an even and sturdy
surface
Wait 3 minutes until the product
cools down and compressor will
automatically restart
Bring remote control closer to the
product, and aim it directly at the signal
receptor
Change the batteries
Contact Customer Service & Repair
Centre
Drain off the water then restart the
product
Simultaneously tap Increase Button
and Decrease Button in Control Panel
again to change °F back to °C
