INSTALL GOVERNOR LINK
(a)
Using SST, install
the governor
link with the
two
support bolts and gaskets' Torque the bolts'
Torque:
115 kg-cm (8
ft-lb'
11 N'm)
ssT

(b)
Check
that the governor
link moves smoothly after
assemblY.
9.
INSTALL PUMP PLUNGER
(a)
Place
the
selected plunger adjusting
shim on
the
center of the camplate.
HINT: Do not apply grease
to the shim'
(b)
lnstall the following parts to the pump plunger:
(1)
Lower plunger
Plate
(21
Upper Plunger
Plate
(3)
Lower sPring seat
(41
Spill ring
HINT:
Face
the spill ring with the hole
side toward
the
lower
seat.
(c)
Using SST, install
the
pump plunger and
plunger
springs.
