a piston ring expander, install the

pression rings
with the code mark facing upward.

Position the piston rings

that the ring end gaps
are
as
shown.
NOTICE:
Do not align the end gaps.
INSTALL BEARINGS

Align the bearing claw
with the
claw groove of
the
connecting rod or connecting rod
cap.

bearings

connecting rod and

cap.
