TROUBLESHOOTING

Check the main switch.
OK NO CONTINUITY
Check the grip and thumb warmer.
OK NO CONTINUITY
Check the variable resistor.
CORRECT INCORRECT
Check for voltage on the condenser coupler.
OK OUT OF SPECIFICATION
Check the condenser.
OK OUT OF SPECIFICATION
Check the stator coil and/or connection.
OK NO CONTINUITY
Replace the rectifier/regulator and/or
CDI unit.
GRIP WARMER SYSTEM
GRIP WARMER DOES NOT OPERATE.
Replace the main switch.
Replace the grip warmer and/or thumb warmer.
Replace the variable resistor.
Correct connection and/or replace the DC regula-
tor.
Replace the condenser.
Replace the AC magneto and/or correct connec-
tion.
