4. Remove the front lens cap by pushing the

indicated portions inward.

5. To detach the lens, hold down the lens unlock

) and turn the lens counterclockwise.

The body mount cover (®Á) is a cover to prevent damage during shipping.

The camera body and lens mount incorporate lens information contacts and an AF coupler.

Dirt, dust, or corrosion may damage the electrical system.

Clean the contacts with a soft dry cloth.

Attaching and removing the lens must be done in a clean place.

Please avoid contact with liquid water. If the camera°Øs body or the lens gets wet or dirty, camera

malfunction may occur.
