folder and follow the operation to obtain the contents key.

A Highlight attachments on the message detail

B Press M (OPTIONS) and select Show Focus Item
C Highlight the attachments on the attached list
window
D Press M (OPTIONS) and select Save
Tip
• For the same file name
Sequential number is automatically added to the file name.
Operation from Message List
Window

■ Sort Messages

The mail list can be sorted by the date and the mail address.
A Press M(
)
From the Main Menu
Press c and select
B Select a folder
C Press M(OPTIONS) and select Sort
D Select any item
To arrange by date
Select either Date↑(ascending) or Date↓(descending)
To arrange by address
Select either Address↑(ascending) or Address↓
(descending)
Tip
• If returning to the mail box list window after pressing C, the
message order returns to the descending order of date.
