Vertical White Lines Appear

Cause
The LED heads are dirty.
The toner is low.
There may be foreign objects
in the image drum.
The lightproof film of the
image drum is dirty.
The image drum is not
installed properly.
Solution
Wipe the LED heads with a soft tissue paper.
With the toner cartridge attached to the image drum, tap the toner cartridge. If
the problem persists, replace the toner cartridge.
Replace the image drum.
Wipe the lightproof film with a soft tissue paper.
Install the image drum properly.
