Symptom
The unit does
not respond (no
power).
Unit is ON but there
is low or no volume
No Sound
Apple device does
not respond to the

Apple device does
not recharge.

distorted on FM
broadcast
Sound is distorted
Unit gets warm
after extended play
at high volume.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE

Possible Problem
AC Adaptor is not plugged
into a wall outlet or the con-
nector is not plugged into
the DC Jack on the back of
the unit properly.
Wall outlet is not function-
ing.
The volume control has
been turned all the way
down.
Bluetooth speaker is not
linked with the cell phone
Speaker placement out of
range
Apple device is not
installed properly.
Apple device is locked up.
Apple device is not
installed properly.
Station not tuned properly
for FM.
Volume level is set too
high.
Sound source is distorted.
This is normal.
Solution
Plug the AC adaptor into a wall outlet and
plug the connector into the DC Jack on
the unit again with special attention.
Plug another appliance to the same outlet
to confirm it is working.
Turn the Volume control to a higher
output.
Go through "Bluetooth Operations"
process to link the speakers
Relocate the speaker within Bluetooth
operating range
Remove your Apple device from the
dock and check for obstruction on the
connectors in the dock and on your Apple
device. Then reseat it on the dock.
Please make sure that your Apple device
is working properly before docking into
the unit. Please refer to your Apple device
manual for info on resetting the device.

Full extend or rotate the wire antenna for
best reception.
Retune the FM broadcast station.
Decrease the volume.
If the Apple device original sound source
is poor quality, distortion and noise is
easily noticed with high-power speakers.
Try a different audio source such as a
music CD.
If you are using an external sound source
like older generation of iPod, try reducing
the output volume on the device itself.
Also try changing the EQ setting of your
Apple device.
Turn the unit off for a period of time or
lower volume.
