The IOCTL_USBIO_SET_DESCRIPTOR operation sets a specific
descriptor of the device.
Pointer to a buffer that contains an USBIO_DESCRIPTOR_REQUEST
(page 187) data structure. This data structure has to be filled completely
by the caller.
Specifies the size, in bytes, of the buffer pointed to by lpInBuffer,
which has to be sizeof(USBIO_DESCRIPTOR_REQUEST) for this
operation.
Pointer to a buffer that contains the descriptor data to be set.
Specifies the size, in bytes, of the buffer pointed to by lpOutBuffer.
USB devices do not have to support this operation.
