4. If you have a problem

If a minor problem occurs, it usually can be solved quite easily when the cause is found by
using the check list below.
PROBLEM
Cleaner won't run Not firmly plugged in

No voltage in wall plug
Blown fuse or tripped

Recovery tank full/
automatic shut off engaged
Blockage In tool on end of

Recovery tank lid not on

Recovery tank front panel
not replaced after stair or
upholstery cleaning
Solution tank not firmly in
place
Solution tank empty
Recovery tank lid not on
correctly
Pump needs to be "primed"
(when using tool)
POSSIBLE SOLUTION
Plug unit in firmly
Check fuse or breaker
Replace fuse or reset breaker
Remove and empty recovery tank
Remove tool and clear blockage
Make sure lid is on securely
Replace recovery tank front panel

Make sure tank is securely locked in
position
Refill tank according to instructions for
surface being cleaned
Make sure lid is firmly in place
