DETAILED ADJUSTMENTS

1) THREAD TENSION ADJUSTMENT

(1) Thread pin adjustment
4 sewing needles have the thread pins that adjust each thread
tension.
Put the thread take-up lever
Loosen the thread pin clamp screw
of the thread pin
lever , then fix it by tightening the thread pin clamp
screw .
Loosen the thread pin clamp screw . Set the height of
the thread pin and the thread pin
above. Then fix it by tightening thread pin clamp
screw .
Loosen the thread pin clamp screw . Set the height of
the thread pin and the thread pin
fix it by tightening thread pin clamp screw .
Loosen the thread pin clamp screw . Set the height of
the thread pin and the thread pin
fix it by tightening thread pin clamp screw .
(2) Thread guide adjustment
Make the thread guide hole height of the needle thread
guide and the thread guide hole height of the fixation
block holder equally.
Set the needle thread guide 5mm below the needle thread
guide .
Set the needle thread guide 9mm below the needle thread
guide .
Set the needle thread guide
thread guide .
to the lowest point.
and set the height
to the first on the left of the take-up
equally or 0.8mm
1.6mm above. Then
3.2mm above. Then
15mm below the needle
