IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following important safety instructions when using this equipment. Read all instructions before using this equipment. 1. Read all instructions and follow it carefully before using this equipment. Make sure the equipment is properly assembled and tightened before use.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS STEP 1 HARDWARE: Position the Front Stabilizer (25) in front of the Main Frame (41) and align bolt holes. Attach the Front Stabilizer (25) onto the front curve of the Main Frame (41) with two M8x70 Bolts (26), two Ø8 Big Curve Washers (45), and two M8 Cap Nuts (28).

STEP 2 HARDWARE: Insert both M10 Adjustable Levelers (53) into the threaded holes on the underside of the Rear Stabilizer (57). Twist the M10 Adjustable Levelers (53) to adjust height, then tighten the M10 Nuts (54) after adjustment. Position the Rear Stabilizer (57) behind the Main Frame (41) and align bolt holes. Attach the Rear Stabilizer (57) onto the rear curve of the Main Frame (41) with two M8x70 Bolts (26), two Ø8 Big Curve Washers (45), and two M8 Cap Nuts (28).

STEP 3 The Cranks, Foot Pedals, Pedal Shafts and Pedal Straps are marked “R” for Right and “L” for Left. Select the Right Foot Pedal Strap (40) which has R marked on the side of the strap. Snap the three hole end of the strap onto the inside edge of the Right Foot Pedal (40).

STEP 5 Remove three M8 Nylon Nuts (42) and three Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (16) from underside of the Seat Cushion (13). Remove nylon nuts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. Guide bolts on underside of the Seat Cushion (13) through holes on top of the Seat Sliding Tube (12), attach with three M8 Nylon Nuts (42) and three Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (16).

STEP 6 Remove one Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washer (16) and one Seat Adjustment Knob (14) from underside of the Seat Sliding Tube (12). STEP 7 Guide the bolt on underside of the Seat Sliding Tube (12) through a hole on the top of the Seat Post (11), attach with one removed Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washer (16) and Seat Adjustment Knob (14).

STEP 8 Slide the Seat Post Cover (58) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41). Insert the Seat Post (11) into the Bushing (18) on the tube of the Main Frame (41) and then attach the Round Knob (63) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41) by turning it in a clockwise direction to lock the Seat Post (11) in the suitable position.

STEP 10 Slide the Handlebar Post Cover (19) up to the Handlebar Post (8). Insert the Tension Cable (10) through into the bottom hole of Handlebar Post (8) and pull it out from the square hole of the Handlebar Post (8). Connect the Sensor Wire (31) from the Main Frame (41) to the Middle Section Sensor Wire (17) from the Handlebar Post (8).

STEP 11 Insert the Handlebar Post (8) onto the tube of the Main Frame (41) and secure with one M8x15 Bolt (22), one Ø20xØ8 Curve Washer (30), four M8x10 Bolts (15) and Ø16xØ8x1.5 Washers (16) that were removed. Tighten bolts with the Allen Wrench provided. Slide the Handlebar Post Cover (19) down to the Main Frame (41).

STEP 12 Remove one M5x25 Bolt (67) and one Ø5 Big Washer (29) from the Tension Control Knob (9). Remove bolt with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. Put the cable end of resistance cable of Tension Control Knob (9) into the cable lock of Tension Cable (10), see Figure A.

STEP 13 Remove two M5x15 Bolts (72) from the Handlebar Post (8). Remove bolts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. Attach the Water Bottle Holder (71) onto the Handlebar Post (8) with two M5x15 Bolts (72) that were removed.
STEP 15 Remove four M5x10 Bolts (6) from the Computer (7). Remove bolts with the Multi Hex Tool with Phillips Screwdriver provided. Connect the Hand Pulse Sensor Wires (2) and Middle Section Sensor Wire (17) to the wires that come from the Computer (7).
CAUTION: It is suggested you always use the aid of a second person when moving the upright bike. MOUNTING AND DISMOUNTING THE UPRIGHT BIKE MOUNTING THE UPRIGHT BIKE Be careful when step on the pedal always hold the handlebar first. Make the pedal at your side at the lowest position, step on the pedal, and stride over the main frame then step on the other pedal.

COMPUTER FUNCTIONS SCAN: Press the MODE button until the screen displays SCAN. The computer will automatically scan TIME, SPEED, DIST (DISTANCE), ODO (ODOMETER), CAL (CALORIES), and (PULSE) functions every 6 seconds. TIME: Displays your elapsed workout time in minutes and seconds. You may also pre-set target time in STOP mode before training.
ADJUSTMENTS ADJUSTING THE TENSION CONTROL KNOB To increase the tension, turn the tension control knob in a clockwise direction. To decrease the tension, turn the tension control knob in a counterclockwise direction. ADJUSTING THE ADJUSTABLE LEVELER Turn the adjustable leveler on the front stabilizer as needed to level the upright bike. ADJUSTING THE SEAT HEIGHT Turn the round knob in a counterclockwise direction until it can be pulled out.
MAINTENANCE CLEANING The upright bike can be cleaned with a soft clean damp cloth. Do not use abrasives or solvents on plastic parts. Please wipe your perspiration off the upright bike after each use. Be careful not to get excessive moisture on the computer display panel as this might cause an electrical hazard or electronics to fail.

COOL DOWN at the end of your workout, repeat these exercises to reduce soreness in tired muscles. The purpose of cooling down is to return the body to its resting state at the end of each exercise session.

INNER THIGH STRETCH Sit with the soles of your feet together and your knees pointing outward. Pull your feet as close to your groin as possible. Gently push your knees toward the floor. Hold for 15 counts. TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes.
