Accepting a Second Call

1. When you hear the call waiting tone through the handset, speakerphone, or headset, press the
Answer softkey at the bottom of the screen. The first party is put on hold, and you are speaking
to the second party (Figure 5-11).
2. To go back to the first party, press the corresponding entry on the screen. The second party is
automatically put on hold and you will be speaking to the first party again (Figure 5-12).
