5F-20 - MID-SECTION
Outboard will not hold tilted position in reverse and/or
trails out during high speed deceleration with manual
release valve lever in the lock/run (up) position.
Tilt ram must be in full "up" position and accumu-
lator removed before manual tilt system disas-
sembly.
Inspect shock rod piston check valve(s).
Results
Inspect valve block.

Replace defective valve block.
