Chapter 8. Troubleshooting

The Lenovo UPS is designed for durable, automatic operation. It will alert you
whenever operating problems occur. Usually the alarms shown by the control
panel do not mean that the output power is affected. Instead, they are preventive
alarms intended to alert the user.
v Events are silent status information that are recorded in the Event log. Example
v Alarms are recorded in the Event log and displayed on the LCD status screen
v Faults are announced by a continuous beep and red LED, recorded in the Fault
Use the following troubleshooting chart to interpret alarm conditions.
