D Transmitting an all ships call

Large shps use Channel 70 as ther 'lstenng channel.'
When you want to announce a message to all shps wthn
range, use the all shps call functon.
q Push [MENU] to enter the DSC menu.
w Rotate [CHANNEL] to select "All Ships Call," and
push [CHANNEL•ENTER].
