Combustion Check & Gas Valve Adjusments
- Connect the flue gas analyzer to the sampling point which is located on the air/flue system (in the
elbow, vertical adapter or twin adapter).
- Operate the boiler at maximum load (see page 42, Service Mode).
- Be sure that boiler is running at maximum load (→ maximum fan speed).
- Wait approximately 4 minutes for the stabilization of the values.
- Check the value against the Table 4.
CO2
- If the CO2 value is not in the range (±0,2), gas valve adjusment is necessary.
- Turn the flow adjustment screw (fig. 31) with 2,5 mm allen key counter-clockwise (in direction
+) to increase or clockwise (in direction -) to decrease gas flow (CO
- Adjust the required CO
- Wait for the stabilization of the values
- Operate the boiler at minimum load (see page 42, Service Mode).
- Be sure that boiler is running at minimum load (→ minimum fan speed).
- Wait approximately 4 minutes for the stabilizaiton of the values.
- Check the value against the Table 4.
CO2
- If the CO2 value is not in the range (±0,2), gas valve adjusment is necessary.
- Turn the offset adjustment screw (fig. 31) with 2,5 mm allen key clockwise (in direction +) to
increase or counter-clockwise (in direction -) to decrease min. CO
- Adjust the required CO
- Wait for the stabilization of the values.
- Recheck the values at max. load and min. load because each adjustment changes the previous
setting value (fig.30).
