C. Using the 35mm Filmstrip Holder
1. Insert the 35mm filmstrip to be scanned into the
35mm Filmstrip Holder.
a) Push to open the 5-piece 35mm filmstrip holder.
b) Place the 35mm filmstrip in the holder.
c) Pull to close the 5-piece 35mm filmstrip holder.

2. Place the 35mm Filmstrip Holder in the Main Holder.
3. Insert the whole assembly into the transparency bay
(the drawer or lower compartment) of the scanner.
