Enables/disables the summer time setting. If you select <ON>, you can select additional
sub-settings (This setting is not available in some countries and regions).

available depending on the county of purchase).

FAX/TEL NO. MARK:
Selects the position of the sender information (outside or inside
the image area) when sending black & white faxes
(Automatically set inside the image area for color faxes).
Selects the mark to appear before the fax/telephone number
printed on faxes you send.
When the machine is set to ring, selects the ring volume.
Selects the line monitor volume while dialing.
• OFFHOOK ALARM
Enables/disables the alarm that alerts you if the handset of the telephone connected to the
machine is not hung up properly.
• VOLUME CONTROL
Sets the RX RING VOLUME and LINE MONITOR VOL.

• RX RING LEVEL
Selects the ring type for incoming call.
• TEL LINE TYPE
Selects the telephone line type setting for your machine.

In New Zealand, select <TOUCH TONE>. You cannot use <ROTARY PULSE>.
• ACTIVITY REPORT
Sets whether to print the ACTIVITY REPORT automatically after every 20 transactions.
