5. TO PUREE Cooked Fruit and Vegetables

Drain food, reserving
liquid.

Bowl

3 cups of food. and
1/4
cup liquid
for
each cup of
food. Add butter and seasonings,
if

to desired consistency. If
necessary, stop Processor
to
scrape
down sides
of Bowl
with
spatula.
6. DO NOT USE KNIFE BLADE FOR PROCESSING:
• Marshmallows
Frozen Meat
Ice Cubes
• Spices with high oil conten such as cloves
• Inedible parts of foods, such as bones, pits
