    OPERATION Before first use • Remove all packaging materials, labels and/or stickers from your food processor. • Clean your food processor thoroughly before using for the first time ( Cleaning).     OPERATION Shredding cheese • The times recommended for chilling cheese are based on a freezer temperature of 23F. If your freezer is colder or warmer, you may need to adjust the time to chill the cheese. • Never try to shred or slice soft cheese like Brie or hard cheese like Romano.
