One of the adapters you removed from the RT PC 6192 is failing.

Install one of the adapters you removed into the RT PC 6192.
2. Run the failing procedure using the ADVANCED DIAGNOSTIC
SELECTION menu.

YES The last FRU you installed is failing. Exchange it then go
to "Step 9" on page 3-0100-9.
