Battery pack is a consumable product.
Service time per charge is gradually
reduced every time the battery is charged.
Purchase a specified new battery pack if
the usage time becomes extremely shorter
than when the battery was purchased even
after fully charged.
Power turns off/The FOMA terminal restarts
Unclean terminals on the battery pack may
result in poor connections and loss of
power. Wipe with a dry cotton swab etc.
Make sure the IC portion of the docomo
mini UIM card is not dirty.
Not activated by pressing keys
Make sure All lock is not set.
Make sure the FOMA terminal is not turned
off.
docomo mini UIM card is not recognized
Is the docomo mini UIM card inserted
facing right direction?
Clock is incorrect
Clock may become incorrect if the power is
turned on for a long time.
Make sure Auto time adjust is set to [ON]
and turn the power on again in a location
with good signal conditions.
C Calling
Calls cannot be made with the dial
Make sure All lock is not set.
Make sure Keypad dial lock is not set.
Make sure Self mode is not set.

Turn the power on again or attach the
battery pack or docomo mini UIM card
again.
Depending on the signal type, even though
status is "inside the service area" or "[
(indicating signal status) appears", making/
receiving a call may not be available. Move
to another place and call again.
Make sure the call restriction such as
Accept call/Reject call in Specified caller is
not set.
In a crowded place, heavy telephone/mail
traffic may make it difficult to get a
connection. In such a case, [Please wait]
appears and a busy tone is played. Move to
another place or call again later.
C Camera
Still pictures and moving pictures shot by the
camera are blurred
Set the focus setting to [Closeup] when
shooting a nearby subject.
Make sure the camera lens is neither
misted up nor exposed to dirt.
Use the focus lock.
Set Fix camera shake to [Auto] (still
picture)/[ON] (moving picture).
C Osaifu-Keitai
Cannot use Osaifu-Keitai
If the battery pack is removed or Omakase
Lock is activated, IC card functions are not
available regardless of the IC card lock
setting.
Make sure the IC card lock is not set.
Is the b mark of the FOMA terminal held
over the scanning device?
