12.7. Before requesting service

Before requesting service, please see the following checklist and the error code list in the next
section.

Countermeasure
Connect the power cable correctly.
Wait until the air is released completely from the
cuff, and then switch the power on again.
See "12.4. Replacing the arm cuff cover" to reattach
the arm cuff cover correctly.
Ensure that the arm and heart are at the same height
and that the patient is relaxed.
Ensure that the patient does not move their arm.
If clothing is too thick, measurement is not possible.
Remove the clothing from the arm.
Measurement may not be possible with patients with
arrhythmia or a weak pulse.
