Replacing timing belt

1. Disconnect the bands illustrated and undo
the bolts fixing the resonator, then discon-
nect the oil vapour pipe band and remove
the resonator complete with hose.
2. Disconnect the accelerator cable.
3. Disconnect the connection shown and the
brake servo vacuum pipe from the butterfly
casing.
4. Disconnect the pipes (1) and the connec-
tions (2) from the upper part of the intake
manifold.
5. Remove the fixing bolts for the upper part
of the intake manifold using spanner USAG
TX 27 or a similar tool and remove the
manifold from the vehicle complete with
butterfly casing.
