Updating your Scan
Station settings

When you have saved your administrative configuration on your flash
drive, you can take these settings to a Scan Station and update the
Scan Station with these settings.
1. Insert your USB flash drive in the USB port on the Scan Station.
2. If the Scan Station configuration previously had a password
assigned to it, you will be prompted to enter that password before
proceeding with any changes.
3. If there are any Settings updates, the Select Settings To Replace
screen will be displayed.
4. Select which Settings groups to replace on the device (i.e., copy
from USB flash drive). A group will only be listed if it is different. For
example, if the Language selection on the flash drive is the same as
the selection on the device, then Language will not appear on the
list.
5. Click Update.
6. If there are any Destination updates, the Select Destinations To
Update screen will be displayed.
