To import your email address book:
1. In the Configuration Organizer window, select the email group you
want to import your email address book to, and then select
Edit>Import Emails. The Import Email Addresses dialog box will
be displayed.
2. Specify the file containing the addresses. If necessary, use the
Browse button to help locate the file.
The First Name, Last Name, and Email Address fields allow you to
map these values to the columns in which they appear in the CSV
file.
3. Specify the columns in the CSV file that contain data for FIrst
Name, Last Name, and Email Address.
4. Click OK. The email addresses from the CSV file are added to the
Email group that you selected on the Configuration Organizer
window.
