Adding a printer group

Adding a printer is an Administrator function.
1. If you are using the Configuration Organizer, select
File>Administrator.
2. Access the Destination mode.
3. Select Edit>Add Group>Printer. An icon is added to the list box on
the Configuration Organizer window.
4. To add a printer, select the Printer icon and select Edit>Add Item or
press the Ins key. The Add Printer dialog box will be displayed.
5. Enter the printer name and display path. If desired, click Add to list
alphabetically to list the printers in alphabetical order. Click OK.
The printer is added to the Configuration Organizer window.
